In efforts to source long term, reliable and dedicated cleaning employees at CSC, our Project Managers have created networks with a number of local organizations (usually volunteer or Government funded) who’s aims are to find stable work for their clients. These organizations include Workability and the Multicultural Services Centre of WA (MCSWA). CSC has worked with MCSWA to find positions and provide job training for a number of their clients. CSC provides a high level of training and support to all employees making this recruitment option an operationally effective policy.

CSC is a member and supporter of Disability Employment Networks (DEN’s) in WA, such as ‘Workability’, or ‘At Work’. These organizations play an important role in the local community in assisting people with disabilities to find stable, long-term employment. CSC has engaged their services, and has sourced a number of supported-cleaning jobs for their clients.

Charles Service Company is a dedicated member of our Industry Body the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia WA (BSCAA). Our Project Manager works on the Board of this organization, helping drive the Cleaning Industry in a progressive and positive direction. In addition CSC stays informed of all changes to the industry ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.
